Anything that changes our assessment of a platform after its initial review — most commonly a newly-verified security incident, a regulatory status change, or a material change we've re-checked and confirmed.
Why is this page empty (or sparse)? +
This tracking only started recently — we don't retroactively invent a history of changes that weren't actually logged at the time. What you see here is exactly what's been recorded since tracking began.
Does an empty entry for a platform mean its rating has never changed? +
